I have reinstalled cyan multiple times, nothing happens. I went to support@xerox.com and find that there is an update. I have tried to download, got the file, but can't get the report needed from the printer. I have the IP address and all the information listed, except the configuration report will not print. Message is "unable to start", and again I am told to reinstall cyan cartridge.
I have tried several times with no luck.

It could be aproblem with the Cyan Drum Cartridge, so try to replace it. If is still not working, it could be worse, the ROS (laser module) to be defective.
