Hi, stupid question I know, but how exactly do I reboot? I am not familiar with these printers.

Unplug from the network and reboot 3 times in a row to clear it. Verify it isd gone and plug it back into the network.

The 3 reboots clears the cache where the job is stored

There ia a job (a print job) that i can see it at the Job Status Screen

I m trying to delete it but the STOP button does not work

I cant send an y other print and the System Settings Button does not work also

Can you please Help me???
