Re: workcentre 3220 not seen on network

I have a problem with a Xerox 3220 printer moments when I no longer appears in the network unless you close and reopen a few times,
mention that you can print via USB cable, update firmware it has to date

Hi angeloso,

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please make sure that you have the latest firmware installed on your machines.  Also confirm that you can ping the printers.  If this does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Thanks,

workcentre 3220 not seen on network

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

I am experiencing problems with both of my workcentre 3220 devices. It first started with one unit and later the second one. They are both on a network and have their own IP address. Now at printing I receive a the message the printer not being found. Have to turn it off and then on. Will work for a while and then gives the problem again. Have tried the latest driver software versions, but the problem still exists. Don't understand what is going on.

They have been working fine for quite some time. Seems like the firmware and/or driver got outdated and are not being recognised on the network anymore.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

MacOs 10.7.5 and older versions
