I figured it must have something to do with windows 8.  the other computers (xp and 7) print fine. As of this date I see there are no updated drivers for the 6015. Hope they come out soon as a4 paper is not commonly stocked

When you say you go into the menu I'm guessing you are talking the machine directly and when you are printing a document it wants A4? Can you make a copy without it asking or A4? It sounds like a driver setting or paper setting is selected as A4 and not Letter. What OS are you in and which driver do you have installed?

The 6015 comes defaulted to a4 paper size. I have gone into menu and changed paper to letter size but when i send a page to the printer, it goes back to a4. Is there any way to change the default to letter size? or at least make it keep the selection from chaning back?
