Thank you for using the Support Forum. Make sure you have set up the paper size substitution.  Make sure you have programmed the custom size and selected the custom size in the driver.  If the problem continues please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

workcentre 6515 not printing custom sizes

Product Name: WorkCentre 6515

I need to print to A5 and other custom sized pages.  when I have gone to print I have both changed the size to the correct size and tried keeping it to A4 to see if it will automatically select.  the A5 sheet gets jammed in the printer from both the tray and the bypass tray.

 

Is there a way to stop this from happening or how does it print to different sizes if it just gets chewed up.

 

I have downloaded both PS and pcl6 drivers. but im assuming it is a hardware rather than software issue.

 

Please help asap as all my templates are set to custom sizes.  I previously used OKI but it was constantly breaking down.
