workcentre 7545 how to change resolution?

Hello,

I have 2 questions about the Workcentre 7545:

 

1. How do I change the resolution (dpi) from the machine and NOT from a computer/centreware?  I am printing from USB and it looks like the resolution could be a little bit better. 

 

2. Everytime I print 11x17 sized images (again, from USB), the machine just prints an 8.5x11 size image in the middle of the 11x17 page.  What setting controls this?
