There isn't much you can do without the cleaning rod, probably why the printer was given away.

 

Try looking for one online

xerox 6015n printer prints too light (or clear)

Hello,

 

A friend just gave me a xerox 6015n printer, it works perfectly but the printings are too light, i can barely read them.

I changed the toner, but its still the same. I searched on the forum and it seems that i need to clean the led windows. I tried to do it, but the cleaning rod in the printer is broken, so i gess that it doesn't do anything.

 

Please help me, what can i do?
