Sounds more like your Illustrator is outputting RGB intent due to using default values, which with Adobe, is expecting you to output to PDF for publication or production print. Can you confirm you are not setting it to the default value of Let Illustrator determine color? Because that will make anything Blue become Purple, and anything Red will be Magenta, and everything will also be in shadows. This applies to any printer and the same option is available in every one of the Creative suite/cloud apps.
And finaly I found where to chage the color on the printer menu. mode maintenance / regler le calege des couleur / and go to + or - by color but it did not change anything. Afeter, i go back there and see that the number are not recorded and saw that even i push on ok after, the number + or - are not recordered... any suggestion ? Did you had the same problem ?
Hello,
As graphic designer and illustrator, I use the printer 6280 for my work.
I can't resolve one problem from months and months now thats is that the color are too dark.
The grey are black, the black make bubble on the paper, the cyan and dark blue, the red is dark...
The yellow seem to respect the color. I tried to change some parameter. On some link i saw that I had to indicate wich kind of paper i used, but did not find it on the window before printig. Try to change the color directly on the paper but did not find it on the menu. Well I am bloqued andmy printer bring me in some error of estimating the tone for my client being as dark... Does any one had this same problem ?
Have a good day !
