Thanks very much for the reply. I'm having a hard time spending another dime on this thing in case the part won't solve the issue. Are you familiar with this printer and issue? I've got a bunch of toner I may be throwing away with this unit if it doesn't resolve the issue. I appreciate the help either way.
Try powering the machine off, wait 30 seconds, then power it back up. This should reset the sensor. If this does not work, replace the transfer roller. Click this link, https://www.support.xerox.com/en-us/article/en/x_6300_en-O2251, to access instructions on how to replace the transefer roller.

I have a 6350 that won't print.

Is there a way to tell the 6350 to ignore the sensor? I don't see any articles on replacing it.
Please don't tell me to contact the support center - if they were of any help, I wouldn't be desperate enough to post here.
