Important!!!  

You require a small switch like the ones of 8 ports in order to connect to the printer, direct connection will not work!!! 

after doing that it will come back to life!

Do you know where can i  get the recovery discs? now even the xerox service providers had them.

I dont get past the step five (5). It ejects the disc and diplsys the messages and finally the blank screen with the small 'x'. Please Any idea what to do next? Do I need another recovery disc version?

How many disks do you need to perform the recovery and step six does it take one hour?

I know this might be wishfull thinking thata we can get help on this system but I'm gonna ask.  I have followed the instructions.  I have added a second static ip address on my computer and I can ping the 13.240.20.38 but cannot bring up the FreeFlow Aceccess site on the browser.  I've tried 4 different browsers and no luck.  If I can't get this back up and working I have a dead printer.  Please let me know if you have any possible solutions.

thank you for your efforts. but I have a question. I tried to make ping for the controller from another computer and it succeeded. but when I tried to open the web page it failed. ……. Can you help ???

finnly i found the soulotion affter do all those steps :

1- put the CD in the dell controller
2- reboot and press F12 you will get to the boot screen

3- now choose booting from CD-ROM ( you will see the instruction that u should flow to instal your flow accxes linux firmware)
4- put the password "ACCXES" to start the operation of installation.

5- after about 10 min the controller will be eject the cd automatically that's mean the installation succeed

** now you have to connect the xerox 6605 wide format with your network connection & you configurate the ip adress like it appare in the image below 

after that go to the browser and type this ip address 13.240.20.38 you will get this page :

now go to the :Utilities/Upload 

now you have to download the firmware Controller Files in my case it called : FRX_LVX_UXC_6604_6605_14_0b142.disk version 14.0

after you press on upload the machine will reboot and everything will be okay and the printer will start ............this is all

6- now this one step is the problem the system will reboot after you eject the CD ...but nothing happens after that .......black screen and a dead printer what should i do .....some one tell me that i must wait for one hour to get into the free flow accxes screen .

i really did it Once i mean i I have successfully installed it and it worked well  But now I forgot some important steps ....i cant remember it
