I assume physically loading the tray isn't the issue, the issue is programming the stock on the UI. Correct?

Try disabling the prompts for loading paper by making it a dedicated tray, and then set the needed settings for it via Printer > Tools > Tray Management > Tray Settings

If that works and you don't often make changes, just stick with it, if it doesn't, setting it back to not dedicated may resolve the crashing.

hello  i have a xero 7800gx works perfects except my issue with this machine is  i always use tray 1 to load paper  but now when im trying to load it  suddenly the printer crash and turn off i dont know what to do i already try to load again the firmware but thats not the problem
