anyone can help with xerox colorqube 9301 error code 099-285?
the scanning glass got broken and i got a technician to replace the glass, but it says paper not detected.. error code 099-285.
i am in ghana and i cannot get a genuine xerox technician here for support. could it be the glass not being original or any other comments ?
