99-285 mean that something is wrong with 24v on the media path driver board.

It can be wires problems, fuse problem, board problem or power supply problem.

I suggest to find Xerox technical or ASP to fix this issue.

xerox colorqube 9301 error code 099-285

anyone can help with xerox colorqube 9301 error code 099-285?
the scanning glass got broken and i got a technician to replace the glass, but it says paper not detected.. error code 099-285.
i am in ghana and i cannot get a genuine xerox technician here for support. could it be the glass not being original or any other comments ?
