Did you ever get this fixed?
You would have to call Xerox then, I've covered every single thing that should fit the information provided here for any machine I have ever suported, but I do not know the D95 enough to confirm there isn't a known scenario, driver (PS vs PCL6 vs GPD-PS vs GPD-PCL )or firmware that would fix this issue you have.
I tried all the solutions you gave me, but without any good news. The machine keeps printing intermittently most of the files i have. I thought about your laat advice about the finisher, but if id it would have been guilty, all the files should've been printed slowly, and also .docx files. (They print fast as the should)
-The Machine is a Xerox D95A Copier Printer with PS Enabled and Built-In Controller
Increase the LPD spool memory to HDD via Machine Status > Tools > System Settings > Print Service Settings > Allocate Memory > LPD > Spool To HDD
-I tried using both PS and PCL drivers, on several Operating System (Win7, Win10, Mac Os)
If nothing changed then you have a really weird setup since since that is two entirely different languages to interpret and the pure compilation of the print file in Acrobat before it even begins submission over the port should vastly change
-i varied memory settings under "Printer Settings" and nothing changed
-varied "Print processor" to "Winprint" and nothing good happened
That never works ;-)
-Also tried a Lot of PDF reader (Foxit, Acrobat reader pro, etc)
See what happens in Acrobat/Reader when you select File > Print > Advanced > Print as image
-The printer is manually installed on IP address
-tried to change from RAW to LPR
LPR is faster, but you need to disable SNMP and LPR byte counting
-tried changing print queue name
This would do nothing except confuse it, just leave it as lp
-There's no mixed media in use, just common A4 size paper, 80 gr/m2
-the machine prints intermittently even after the spooling process finishes.
If the Finisher is cycling (Rises and lowers often during a job, call Xerox and state the finisher is cycling and you need a firmware to fix that and to get SHA-256 support (This will ensure they provide the latest SPAR release
-With the mentioned files, it become like a 30 PPM printer.
Ok, here i am trying to give you guys the more details i can:

Thanks a lot for you guys who try to help me, It's really appreciated.
That would entirely depend on if you are printing to a D95, or a D95 with Fiery, or a D95 with Freeflow, it would depend on if you are using a PS driver or PCL, it would depend on the memory settings on the IOT if no DFE is in use. There are hundreds of reasons for speed to change and you have listed nothing but 2 machine models, you don't even mention the print engine, applications, drivers, whether there is mixed media in use, whether it gets to the machine and prints 1 page a minute or takes 20 to get to it then prints quick.
This is a forum with people who know literally nothing about you, or your workflow, please be descriptive so that we can help you. There definitely is no "just check the "print faster than my old machine" check box"
Hello everyone. I also bought a xerox d95 for my company. I immediately realized that something did not work the right way. PDF files are printed strangely, text PDFs are printed as fast as PDFs that are scans are printed slowly. I tried the same file on a KONICA MINOLTA but the problem does not exist. MINOLTA Super Speed Print and Xerox Super Turtle.
Do you have a solution? Xerox should be the world leader, something that can only do bad advertising.
