Maybe you can assist me,

I have a docucolor 240, It had the ip address of 192.168.1.114

We have to change the network IP from 1 to 2 meaning everything now has 192.168.2.**

I need to change the IP address for the printer but I am not able too

The machine is coming on but startup page is not printing so I can't get into WEB APP

Any ideas on how I can fix

What Rip? (This is a requirement for troubleshooting these devices)

Does the "web applications" and "network scanning" icon work when it drops? (Tells you if the RIP itself crashed or the Connection to the LAN only did)

If it is a Fiery is it an External running Windows or the bustled Fiery?

Also if Fiery, what software is running on it, to check put its IP address in the address bar of any PC's web browser to open Webtools, if it is a page with Tabs vs a page with a java popup there are different areas to look dependant on circumstance.

Hello to all, I have a Xerox docuprint 240 with RIP station, it has been working over windows 7 ultimate 64Bits, but in the last 2 weeks it's having some failures, until last friday that no proccess any work at all. I checked the RJ45 wire, the network card, I have it connected directly to my pc, i don`t have it shared in my network, and i have not done any changes in software or drivers recently.
Please can anyone help me, which are the posibles troubles and the possible solutions?
Unfortunatelly for many reasons, we don't have an efficient technical support here in Venezuela.

You are out of luck, what you have is a copier. It has no scan or print capability. There is no engine to control anything inside of it. It can only print and scan with a RIP.

I have one Xerox docucolor 240 without the RIP station.(EFI Fiery Bustled RIP)
But the printers had one before.
I want to print and not use RIP station. Is that possible?
How do I change the setting in docucolor 240 to not use RIP station and set ip address on the printer?
