xerox docucolor 3535 printing problem

Is there a possibility of self-repair or must buy this part?

Can you show me a picture on how this part looks like and where is it located?

From that picture it looks like magenta is shifting. For starters try replacing the magenta drum. A tech may have to come in and run Regicon. If that fails then it may have corrupted nvm's.

We have printing problem with our docucolor 3535. All colors excepts black is moved few milimeters top, right, bottom.
