Alright the problem was a faulty toner cartridge. Xerox customer support was no help at all, I should charge them the $25.00 back, but instead I will bad mouth them to all I see and meet. Really unsatisfied with all Xerox Customer support interactions, no support at all.
Still no joy, I will get a hold of the Support Centre guys and see what they say.

Additional Troubleshooting Info;
1. If printing a three page document, it will print page 2 and 3 only not double sided.
2. It will print a two sided demo page
3. Downloaded the latest Global Print drivers PS, PCL5 & PCL6 same thing all drivers
4. Does the same thing from Notepad
Any thoughs, anyone?? Please.
Our xerox phaser 3250 is only printing the second page when printing in duplex mode. Any thoughts??
