A metered toner and a machine with no contract is probably the issue. If you got it from Xerox you should call and exchange it for a "Sold" cartridge.

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please contact the provider of the cartridge or Xerox supplies. Make sure you are using he correct cartridge. Also make sure you have the "sold" or "metered" cartridge, whichever is correct for your machine. If this does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
Xerox phaser 3320 gives error message "invalid print cart." with cartridge 106R02651. The 3320 printer was on firmware v53.003.01.000 jan-10-2013 and I updated it to v53.005.00.000 may-16-2014 but still same problem. When I put micr toner cart in it it prints fine. How can I correct this issue? thanks.
