Hi,
Since I installed a new Windows (XP Professional 2002 Service Pack 3), my printer doesn't print duplex.
Altough I select "Borda longa" (portuguese option to print duplex), the printer ignores the configuration and print each page in a differente sheet.
I've installed the driver from CD, the "PCL 6" and the "Phaser 3420 PCL6 Printer Driver Version 1.23.03" from the URL:
http://www.support.xerox.com/support/phaser-3420/downloads/ptbr.html?operatingSystem=winxp
None of them allowed me to print duplex.
