xerox phaser 6280 printing blanks

Hi,

You are connected via USB? What happens when you print an internal page from the printer itself (like a configuration sheet or demo page or such)? Your computer says connection is working ok?

I just installed a xerox phaser 6280  fresh out the box and the plug and play worked with instalation.Everytime i try to print a test page or one from notebook and all pages come out blank .i removed the main orange stoppers before printing but not sure if the paper is making contact with inks?? .please notify ASAP thank you
