I installed the driver on the remote computer and entered the port number, IP address, Raw protocol, SNMP status enabled (I've tried disabled, too), but it doesn't print. Queue says "printing..." then "error." Then discovered printer doesn't ping. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you.
