Thank you for using the Support Forum. All genuine Xerox products will include a sticker like one of the ones below.  If there is not an authentication label then most likely they are not genuine Xerox supplies.  Please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

xerox phaser 7500 - no Xerox brand on toner boxes

Hi Everyone

I have an Xerox Phaser 7500. Couple weeks ago I found a good deal on set of toners and I ordered them. I just received them and now I'm a little bit nervous cause on the boxes there is no Xerox brand at all and not even any p#'s on it (link of the box) - I don't know if you can open the link but- It's brown box, on it is written: TONER CARTRIDGE BLACK . On one side of the box is this code: 6751. The other side is: JP-675K 80364-2CE-1019000141

Does any one received such items before ? They are Start UP Cartridges (the one when you by the printer) or they are Compatibles ?

Can any one help me with this, please
