There is a system fault that keeps appearing, MSI tray lift up/down failure, is there anyway to completely disable the bypass tray?

No but you can still use the machine with that fault.

The problem is usually a small white drive gear that lifts the tray up. Have a technician replace it. You can see it if you take the rear cover off of the msi tray(4 screws).

Now i have another problem with my printer, it says network controller not available, ive tried disonnecting the power and even opened up the network controller and cleaned it, still nothing, when i try and login as administrator it says file not found. 

I can do the 6789 code but it freezes when i try to reboot the network controller.

Im going crazy someone please help
