Hello mihaistefan,

I searched the knowledgebase, and it says to check the power source. If this doesn't work you would I would recommend a service call to have someone take a look at the device.

Hello! I have a xerox workcentre 3315 printer and it blocks it on startup. I have reinstalled the firmware and the same problem. what to do?
