it is on all colors and I did upload the second file have a look or refresh this page.

i just realized it does say i need a new black drum.

The second file isnt there. It is best to run the test print LEF with each color going from the front to the back of the machine. I cant tell from the file shown if the problem occurs in every color. It looks like it could be a black developer housing or if it is in all colors it could be a problem with the drum latch.

the paper prints out with smudge at one side,

i'm attachig 2 files. one was printed short edge feed and one was printed long edge feed.

i've changed around the drums and it didn't help. any suggestions what the problem could be?

the rest is perfectly fine. on the scan it dos't look so, but it is its only one side that i have the problem.
