xeroxofficeprtmgr won't come up to set print options in latest version of opensuse 15.4 with KDE

Product Name: VersaLink B605/B615 Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Linux

After having successfully used OpenSUSE 15.1 15.2 and 15.3 KDE Plasma with the B605, a recent upgrade on office computers to 15.4 KDE with CUPS 2.2.7-150000.3.35.1 no longer works with anything but basic 1 page 1 copy printing.  Previously the xeroxprtmgr window would come up when print was selected in an app.  At that point options were available for printing duplex/simplex, number of copies, etc.  xeroxprtmgr is now called xeroxofficeprtmgr and it does not come up to offer print options. This severely limits the usefulness of the printer.  Anyone have suggestions?  I've multiple installations including three of the later xerox driver versions, but no success. Any help/suggestions will be welcomed.
