How To Enable the Connectivity Required for Remote Services Using the Device Direct Capability That is Available in my Equipment

The setup process is different for each product.

There are two ways to determine what the setup process steps are.

  1. Search the product specific knowledge base.
    • a) Go to the Support and Drivers page on Xerox.com
    • b) Search for the specific printer or product of interest, and then click on the Support link for that product
    • c) In the search field, enter "Enroll SMart eSolutions" and follow the instructions provided. If the search does not return any instructions, continue with step 2.
  2. Refer to the System Administration guide.
    • a) Go to the Support and Drivers page on Xerox.com.
    • b) Search for the specific printer or product of interest, and then click on the Documentation link for the product.
    • c) Open the System Administrators Guide and refer to the section of the guide which provides information regarding SMart eSolutions Setup and follow the steps provided.
