Milton is our IT Service Delivery manager for connectivity of Xerox products. He has 42 years with Xerox and an extensive knowledge of all things related to connecting Xerox products to our backend systems so that you can take advantage of the value of Remote Service offerings such as Automated Meter Reads.
Milton will reply to your posts periodically throughout the day.

Milton may identify that your issue is not a connectivity issue and recommend that you address the issue with a different support channel.
