I have a 3300MFP, I have at some point in time changed the admin ID and password. Please send me detailed information to reset the ID and password to the factory default. I do not mind resetting the whole printer.

I AM the sysadmin and I have a BRAND NEW 3325 MFP. Upon accessing the web interface the default "admin" "1111" does not work and I need to factory reset this unit in the hopes it will allow me to use the default login.
NONE of the literature (user manual OR System Administrator's Guide) explain how to FACTORY DEFAULT this unit or clear the password from the front panel.
I wouldn't have to resort to this board if this info was in the documentation.
Please advise as I have to put this unit in production to replace a 3300MFP that crashed one week after the warranty expired.

I'm having the same problem here.
I've recently purchased a Xerox 3300 MFP from a company but their admin won't give me the admin password.
It's his super-secret password etc...i cannot argue with that guy anymore.
I need to setup network scan for this printer and i cannot set it without admin password.
Please help me reset admin password.
You can't use this solution to reset the device to factory default without knowing the admin password. You'll simply need to call Xerox for support to get the password reset to the factory default value.
