A Tale of One Print Queue, Two Models, and Some Accounting

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Hello,

I need some help figuring this one out.  I have to use the Accounting feature on some machines I bought.  We use a third party (Pharos) print release system, so I need users to be able to retrieve their print from any machine they want to (printing only - no copying, which is why the Xerox Accounting is implemented).  We have a print queue all set up for it on our print server, so users only have to choose one printer type at their workstation, then can go to any printer.  The Accounting piece should be transparent to users, so I want to set it up to automatically print with the user ID and password.

Normally, I could just set up the printer driver preferences on the server.  However, the Accounting piece seems tied to the model number.  And...I have two models of printers for this printer queue.  So, if I choose Workcentre 5755 under the Option Tab of the driver preferences, and set up the Accounting information under the Configuration tab, I get accounting errors on the Phaser 3635 MFP.  And, vice versa.  Is there a setting I can choose to get Accounting set up to work with both these machines at the same time for the same printer queue using the Xerox Global Print Driver?  The generic printer choice doesn't allow Accounting at all.  Someone please help!
