You will need to contact whatever 3rd party reseller gave you the tool. That screenshot isn't from Xerox XDA lite and it certainly isn't from the printers webui (Xerox remote services requires no tool to submit meters)

We have a problem with AMR management. Monitoring tool is in use and is reporting but AMR is nos active and we can not configure ASR service. The contract is already active.
How can we change actual status to active?
