What model of machine are you using?
Is there an external accounting device?
I have a couple questions:
At the driver the accounting code is unmasked, but at the printer control panel is masked just asterisk, can it be unmasked?
when putting the wrong code and send a print the driver said it has been printed but then on the copier I get a print out that it did not work cause the accounting codes were wrong, Can we get a pop on the computer that tells the user is a wrong driver?
