Here is an article for the error message job deleted due to invalid accounting code with some trouble shooting steps for you to try and resolve the issue. If you are still having issues after trying these steps, I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @ 1-800-821-2797.

Accounting Error when printing to Xerox C8130 from MacBook Pro

Product Name: AltaLink C8030 / C8035 / C8045 / C8055 / C8070 Color Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Other – specify OS in post

Hi all, 

I'm getting the following error message printed on a sheet from our C8130 MFP everytime I try to print with my MacBook Pro. I can print just fine with my Windows PC using my accounting code. 

Error Message "The print job was deleted because invalid accounting codes were entered or accounting codes were missing"

I go to MS Word  - Print - Printer Options - Feature Sets - Accounting - Xerox Standard Accounting 

I've tried putting my 4 digit code into both the User ID fields or Account ID fields and yet the error printout is the same. 

Can anyone offer any advice?
