Accounting and authentication

Product Name: AltaLink C8130 / C8135 / C8145 / C8155 / C8170 Color Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows 10
Hello,
I have a problem with accounting and authentication setup on AltaLink C8135.
I want to count printing and copy and give some authorisation to print at 7 o'clock to 15 o'clock.
But, when I connect myself in authentication, I must again to enter Id user to access on copy and when I print myself after 18 o'clock with accounting compte, documents print without I have authorisation.
It's no possible to active two in same time please
