I'm not sure if the tool is publicly released. Does the machine have a service agreement with Xerox or a Partner? If so, there is a way to clear that message without performing an Alt-boot on the machine to resolve it. I would suggest reaching out to them.
where can i get this tool? One of my printers has this error right now and I can't find anywhere online to download it.
that doesnt help, that setting is only needed to make a connection with the jbatool itself
i also have this issue on our altalink customers
on 78xx in the past it was fixed by a spar release, seems the same issue is now back on altalink

I don't know if is the same (iyt is a tip for WC 7855 family), but try this:
Select Properties, Connectivity, Setup, HTTP, "Force Traffic over Secure Connection" must be set to "No". If it is not, change to "No". Use JBA client tool to clear accounting log. Go back to properties and change settings to their previous customer preferred configuration.

I want accounting log disable.
How can i do it.
