Reporting problems with Network Accounting on Versalinks.
In the follow-up to the SafeQ implementation,, we detected a problem.
If a technician authenticates in the equipment with his Service key to do tests, the equipment does not assigned the transactions to any user (generic), which in the long run one could create manually for their respective assignment.
Annex screenshot of how it records these jobs in the job log and how it records it in the JBA log.
The problem is with the following item:
The software offered must guarantee that the final reports are equal to the physical counters of each equipment, in no case the final report should be different from the physical counter of the installed printing devices.
With the failures reported in the Versalinks, we will have problems to comply, not because SafeQ does not record all transactions via JBA, but because when they want to see where the totals originate, there will be cases that it cannot verified and we run risks.
