Re: Accounting on Linux

Hi. I'm using Fedora 16. Yes, I am using Standard Accounting with a Default Group User. Thanks a lot!

Re: Accounting on Linux

What Distro are you using? I will see if I can fire up a VM and recreate this issue. Also, are you using Standard Accounting?

Thank you,

Re: Accounting on Linux

I found out how to enter the Account information (I was using the wrong driver at first). Now I set up the Account (Default Group Account) exactly the same way I did on Windows. Still the printer just ignores my print jobs and just writes in the log that it has been deleted due to a wrong Account number.

Anyone please advise. I'm going nuts about this.

Accounting on Linux

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Hi there,

I'm trying to connect to a Xerox WorkCentre 7535 from a Linux Workstation (Fedora 16). I tried it with the xpadmin tool, and with the CUPS drivers. In both ways I couldn't figure out how to enter the Account information (XSA User).

Thanks a lot in advance.
