Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please make sure that you have tried the solutions for the Error Code 016-757. Follow the instructions to remove the printer and then try to re-install the V3 driver. If it still does not work please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
My printer maintenance tech helped me set up accounting yesterday but I'm having a problem with where to enter the passcode when printing. We are getting error 016-757.
He set up local accounting as the Xerox Standard Accounting would not complete setup.
He also recommended I use a v3 driver to restore the finisher options I commonly use. I have tried uninstalling the old v4 driver but Windows will not let me install the v3 driver (says the certificate is out of date).
