Accounting server - what is this?

Product Name: VersaLink B7025/B7030/B7035
Operating System: Windows 10

In the school where I work I have set up two Versalink B7030 copiers with authentication on AD in Windows Server 2019.
I chose the LDAP mode, with user recognition using the sAMAccountName parameter and everything works.
Now I would like to setup a centralized management of the use counting of the two machines.
In the "Permission" - "Account Method" menu of the administration panel, selecting "Network", in the "Limit server" section I see that I can enter the server parameters, but what kind of server must this be?
I would like to set up a Linux VM with LAMP but I have no idea of the format in which the machine sends the data to the server and on the Internet I have not found any information about this.
Maybe some software house like pcounter.com markets something like this, but is there an open source solution?
Does anyone have any information about the data protocol?
