Hello Man1,

Because the screen shot it not in English I'm not sure which code it is asking you for. Activation codes can be for an option that was installed on the device or for a supply item.

Hello, we bought printer from auction, and now we can't use it, because printer want activation code, we have documentation, but code is wrong. What we can do now ?
