Whoever installed the driver on the server did so in a way that requires admin priveldges to install from a client.
So the server admin needs to go add the rights of the clients to the Security portion of the Windows driver on the server.
I'm sorry I am not following the Server/Network/User profiles statement. Thre are over 40 printers shared on the server and this is the only one with this issue. It's a Windows 2003 R2 server.
This has nothing to do with Xerox and totally depends on how the Admin set up the Server/Network/User profiles.
When adding this printe from a netowrk print server to a users desktop does the user have to be an administrator on the local PC? We have a location that has to get local admins to add the printer.
