Maybe not a fully answer to your question, but the name of the Admin account is written without capitals, thus as "admin", not as "Admin". The standard passwords are like 1111, 6789, or your S/N number. Otherwise you can better call your Xerox Customer Services.
Xerox recommends that you change the default administrator password after you configure the printer. Be sure to store the password in a secure location. Depending on the software version installed on the device, the default administrator password may be the device serial number or 1111.
Try using Internet Explorer, if not work, use usb cable and reset to factory settings from printer settings, and password will be 1111 ...

use Internet Explorer, i have the same problem, with Firefox not work but when i try with IE printer accept admin 1111. :)
You can't reset anything without admin privileges, your only option is to call Xerox and get them to reset it with you, typically it is done by giving you a 12 digit code, to create the code they need your Serial number and usually the total number of pages on the printers meter. I have no idea if it is free or at a cost though.
