I purchased a 3025 last year, I never login admin panel before. today I want to setup google cloud pinter, but I cannot get into panel. The password "1111" doesn't work on either the builtin display, please help me to reset the password. thank you.
Are you just using 1111 or are you using
ID = admin
Password = 1111
You can't reset anything without admin privileges, your only option is to call Xerox and get them to reset it with you, typically it is done by giving you a 12 digit code, to create the code they need your Serial number and usually the total number of pages on the printers meter. I have no idea if it is free or at a cost though.
