AltaLink C8070 Xerox Standard Accounting issue

Product Name: AltaLink C8030 / C8035 / C8045 / C8055 / C8070 Color Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

Hi:

      One of our customers has a AltalInk C8070 in his office. And he installed an app which works perfectly when the XSA was disabled. However, when the XSA was enabled, the apps was unable to scan the documents any more. Is there any way to fix this problem?
