Audit Log information retention

Product Name: AltaLink C8030 / C8035 / C8045 / C8055 / C8070 Color Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

Serial # 8TB601034

Is there a time limit to the line items when viewing the Audit Log?  Meaning, I downloaded and viewed the Audit log, the entries range in time from 4/30/2020 to today's date 12/15/2021, which is aproximatley 20 months and shows 1- 4949 line items. Will the line items continue to increase, or is there a time/line item limit based on either date/time or amount of entries?
