By default it cleans the mailboxes daily, doesn't matter if you use them or have disabled the use of them.

 

Go here, uncheck these boxes and apply

Audit log entry

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Just curious about an event that seems to appear in the audit log often. Scan to mailbox isnt enabled on the machine. The entry appears once daily (usually a difference of 5-10 minutes)
