Blank paper/output page when trying to use secure print?

Actually, the problem has been solved after I completely quit microsoft office and reopen it. Hope this helps others who have the same problem

Hi everyone!

My department has Altalink C8155 but I am having a hard time trying to use my laptop to print something out with it. My operating system is MacOS ventura 13.1 and I've downloaded the driver for it (version 5.12.1), but when I try to use secure print function in microsoft office, the whole "Paper/Output" page is blank in "Xerox Features". The "Advanced" page is also blank. Is anyone experiencing the same problem? Do I need to install other packages?
