Bugs in the new version of Usage Analysis Tool (UAT) 3.4.1.36

Is there a way to download any of the older UAT versions while the bugs are removed out of this one?

First of all, when you install and open the program, it comes populated with about 20 printers (im guessing it's the printers used by the xerox team that wrote the program).

second, it is able to detect both my printers (phaser 8560 and phaser 8560MFP), but when i try to download usage data from the 8560 it gives the following error:

"Usage data is not available for phaser 8560"

i have made sure that job accounting is enabled.

this is found a in the printer's centreware at: (PS version 4.10.0, OS version 9.86)

Properties>security>printing certificates

Also, this printer does not have a hard drive, but the accounting data is actually being recorded, i can see it when i go to the centreware's job accounting page.

please update this software, or help me troubleshoot why i cant get the usage data from one of these 2 printers.
