We have a C60 and to print or copy, users must enter their accounting access code so we know what department to bill for each job.
However, yesterday I noticed that a user printed a large job from a USB stick and never had to enter their code. When I checked the job on the printer management software, it was there and of course, had no user code associated with it.
Is there a setting to make the C60 machine require a code to print via USB?
We also have a 5875 machine here as well and it does require an accounting code to access or print any jobs from USB, I need to make sure the C60 is also configured this way.
