Dear Gabi,

Am also facing the same issue,After  immense  hours of searching i was able to find that the issue is due to new encription.But the Clone file i downloded was from a device which is currently running in latest available firmware. Even when both devices are running in the same firmware,Am getting this same error. Temporarily i was able to solve the issue by deseleting the accounting option at the time of creating the clone file.This Clone file without accounting was installed successfully in the device.

Hi,

In addition to the encrypted firmware file, Clone files have increased security and data validation. Clone files created prior to firmware release version xx.61.01 cannot be applied to that FW level or higher. A new clone file will need to be created for future use. Clone files created with firmware version xx.61.01 or later cannot be applied to devices running older versions of firmware.

I downloaded clone file from Versalink C7030 machine to upload another same model . But error is coming and I Can't upload the file . Machine error is "Processing Cancelled . Clone file not Installed " . This issue I'm facing after bridge software update . My current printer firmware version is 57.65.51.
